An annual subscription  provides you with access to HR Management services and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  Other services (mediation, strategic planning, legal support, locum mangers, manager mentoring ) are provided on a fee for service basis.

HR Management

​NHV Assist provides help with all facets of HR management. This includes:

  • Support with the recruitment and onboarding process 

    • recruitment strategy

    • PDs and job ads

    • Welcome pack for new staff (includes latest Fairwork Information Statements)

  • Providing contract templates and review of existing contracts

    • for full time, part time, casual and contract employees

  • Interpretation of the relevant awards and enterprise agreements

  • Correct levels of employment and payrates

  • Support with performance management processes

Assistance Program

 

Our EAP is an on-demand phone-based counselling service which provides each employee up to three one-hour long conversations with a trained counsellor. 

Mediation

 

When conflict occurs within an organisation your NHV Assist subscription allows for you to access a mediator to help identify the issues, assess the options and negotiate a resolution. The process is managed by an unbiased and independent third-party who meets both individually and together to work towards a positive outcome.

We place experienced interim managers in Neighbourhood Houses, giving Houses looking to recruit a new manager, more time to find a perfect fit or giving an existing manager peace of mind when going on leave.
